Phillip Dow originally ran a Invisible Fence® brand dealership, as the local Invisible Fence® dealer.  While Invisible Fence® pet containment systems are now made overseas, Phillip Dow has reunited with the founder of Invisible Fence Company, John Purtell, president of Pet Stop® Dog Fencing.  Again to be clear, the Dow family are not authorized Invisible Fence® brand dealers.
